Overview
Laem Chabang International Country Club is a Jack Nicklaus-designed course that has been open since the mid-1990s, set across more than 700 rai in Si Racha district, Chonburi. The layout runs to 27 holes at par 72 and makes full use of the natural rolling terrain in classic Nicklaus style, with challengingly placed fairway bunkers and large water features woven through many of the holes, giving the round a lush feel and plenty of elevation change.
Highlights & Signature Holes
- Three distinct nine-hole loops, each with its own character: Mountain (hilly), Lake (with a stream running through it) and Valley (ringed by hills), which can be paired into several different 18-hole combinations.
- The main challenge comes from the changes in fairway elevation, combined with water and bunkers that force you to plan your shots rather than rely on power alone.
- Regarded as one of the finest layouts in the Pattaya–Chonburi zone, and a former host of professional tournaments.
Who it suits
Ideal for golfers who want a serious round and enjoy a course that demands thought, reading the lines and controlling distance. That said, with three loops and multiple tee boxes to choose from, it also caters well to mixed groups and golf-trip travelers.
Before you go
The course sits in the Si Racha zone and is an easy drive from both Pattaya and Bangkok via the motorway. Book your tee time in advance, especially on weekends and during high season, and aim for an early round to avoid the midday sun and heat.
Green fees are estimates and may change by day, season and promotion — please confirm with the course before you travel.
